What are heavy metals?

The group of heavy metals includes mercury, lead, cadmium, nickel, aluminium and titanium, although the latter two are more specifically in the group of light metals. Most heavy metals are poisons, apart from a few such as iron, Germanium and copper, which in their organic forms are indispensable for life, but on the other hand, in their inorganic forms they are very toxic.

Chronic and insidious exposures to heavy metals are, unlike acute poisoning, these different symptoms are harmful to your health and very largely underestimated.

Why are heavy metals dangerous?

Heavy metals catalyse the reaction of oxidation and promote the creation of free radicals. Heavy metal contamination reduces minerals (e.g. zinc and magnesium) and trace elements of enzyme sharing. This causes metabolism to block. Chronic contamination with heavy metals can structure enzymes and in this way create mutations in our immune system.

Nutrient science and the holistic approach according to Dr. Clark provides valuable natural substances, to remove heavy metals specifically and successfully.

The following is a list of elements of a new programme for the detoxification of heavy metals:

Vitamin C:

(ascorbic acid) stimulates the enzymatic system of the liver in large quantities. As a result, the blood system is detoxified and toxic elements such as heavy metals and pesticides are better removed.

Selenium:

It has a protective effect against aluminium and cadmium and reduces toxicity as well as oxidative damage caused by mercury.

zinc:

It reduces the toxicity of aluminium and therefore the destruction of cells, it competes with lead at the points of the bonds of the various enzymes and can repel lead. Cadmium poisoning is often a correlation point with the lack of zinc.

The Amine acids of Cystein and Methionine contain in their molecular structures of sulfur. Heavy metals consume the sulfur, which is intended for the metabolism of cells and form sulphides. As a result, the heavy metals are rendered soluble and can be removed.

MSM:

(Methylsulfonylmethan) is an organic sulfate form. It is a powder composed of white crystals and serves as a source of sulphate, as well as it detoxifies heavy metals and has the ability to dissolve them. MSM has an extracellular effect.

Alpha Lipoic acid:

Also known as Thioctic acid, is a saturated fatty acid with an incredible circular structure, which has two atoms of sulfur. It contributes to the defences against the toxicity of heavy metals. It works by chelating, i.e. it forms with heavy metals and trace elemental complexes (linkons), so these are reduced to nothing. Because it is a very small water- and fat-soluble molecule, it has access to virtually all tissues in the human body.

Recommended dose:

MSM: 2 capsules for breakfast and 2 capsules in the evening.

Thiodictic acid (alpha lipoid acid): 1 capsule at breakfast, 1 capsule at noon.

Vitamin C: 1 capsule for breakfast, 1 capsule at 12 noon.

Cysteine: 1 capsule at noon, 1 capsule in the evening.

Selenium: 1 capsule at noon.

Methionine: 1 capsule at breakfast, 1 capsule in the evening.

zinc: 1 capsule in the morning, midday and evening at meals.

Tips for use

Follow the course with the protocol provided with it.
