Lysine capsules support the immune system, stimulates and improves brain function. Lysine is an essential amino acid that cannot be synthesized by the body. It is therefore essential that the scheme should contain adequate quantities.

Insufficient intake of Lysine in the diet can lead to lack of appetite, reduced body weight, anaemia and reduced ability to concentrate. It may also cause headache, dizziness and nausea.

Vitamin C has a protective effect on lysine levels in the body. Powdered lysine has a powdery texture and a smoked taste. It is preferable to take mixed with orange juice or lemonade.
