Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is a water-soluble vitamin. It is necessary for the assimilation of amino acids and fats. In addition, riboflavin helps to metabolise lipids, carbohydrates and proteins. It plays an important role in the growth and proper maintenance of joints, nails, hair and skin. Carpal tunnel syndrome can be improved with a combination of vitamin B2 associated with vitamin B6. The body also needs vitamin B2 for reproduction. It also acts as an antioxidant.

Tips for use

Powder: Take one dose spoon per day in a little water or as advised by your healthcare professional.

As a capsule: Take one capsule a day or as advised by your healthcare professional.

If side effects occur to stop using this product immediately. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent a disease. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy and lactation.
