Hepalin 100 is a concentrated source of artemisinin, one of the main active compounds in mugwort (Artemisia annua).
Artemisinin or qing hao su (in Chinese) is an active substance from the plant Artemisia annua (annual mugwort). One plant contains approximately 0.3-0.5% artemisinin, meaning a concentrate provides 100 times more active artemisinin than a single plant.
