Maca is a small tuber plant, cultivated for centuries by the native Andean population. The maca grows only at an altitude above 3500 m. The root is dried in the sun and then ground. Maca powder contains the nature of calcium and iron. With a contribution of 1.5 to 3 g per day, the maca supports physical and intellectual performance. It is a source of energy and a stimulant to improve libido.

Extracted from a very particular root (tuber):

Prepare a maca powder or maca powder milkshake and other superfoods or add maca powder to smoothies, fruit juices, soups, etc.

Tips for use

Mix 3c. Coffee (15g) per day, in drinks, yogurt, smoothie to obtain an unctuous mixture.
