Preparation
For one litre of water, count one tablespoon of 7x7 AlcaPlantes or two filter sachets; for one cup, teaspoon of 7x7 AlcaPlantes or filter sachet. Then pour the boiling water. Do not heat the water in the microwave oven.
Tips for use
For 1 litre of water, have 2 sachets of plants; for one cup (250 - 500 ml), 1 sachet. Pour the boiling water, cover and allow to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove the sachet(s)
