AlcaBain bath salt reproduces this tradition of alkaline body care with a pH value between 8.0 and 8.5 depending on the value of the base and hardness of the city water.

For a full bath, count the value of three lids or three tablespoons of AlcaBain. We recommend a water temperature of between 37 and 38 degrees Celsius and a bath of at least 30 minutes. For the bath of a child, approx. 20 litres, we recommend the value of half a locus or teaspoon of AlcaBain.

Foot bath

For a bathtub in a basin, count the value of half a lid or a teaspoon of AlcaBain. We recommend a water temperature between 38 and 41 degrees Celsius and a bath of at least 30 minutes.

Handbath

For a hand bath in a basin, count the value of half a lid or a teaspoon of AlcaBain.

Peeling (AlcaDouche mixture - AlcaBain 2:1)

Add a pinch of AlcaBain with AlcaDouche gel, mix and rub your body. For skins that can support it, AlcaBain can be used pure. Next rinse briefly.

Steambath

To use AlcaBain in a steam bath, first sweat for about five minutes. Then apply AlcaBain to the body and lightly massage the salt. Sweep for ten minutes. Then rinse with the water jet. An AlcaBain-honey mixture also offers a particularly intensive care.

To do this, mix a tablespoon of AlcaBain, one or two tablespoons of liquid honey and a little water until a paste is easy to spread. After sweating for a few minutes, spread the paste over the body and leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes. Then rinse with the water jet.

Deo

In the hollow of your hand, mix a pinch of AlcaBain in a little water. Apply the mixture to the armpits washed with soap beforehand. Let it dry.

Dental hygiene

In a cup, dissolve a pinch of AlcaBain. Soak your toothbrush. Put fluoride-free toothpaste on your toothbrush and brush your teeth as usual.

Especially in cases of dermatological diseases such as neurodermitis, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, skin mycoses and other similar diseases, an alkaline bath works by calming and nurturing the skins of babies and children, but of course also that of adults.

Tip: For quick and alkaline facial and exchange care, carried out on a daily basis, a pinch of AlcaBain is dissolved in a cup with hot water and is then applied with a soft cloth.
