Used as an element of the liver cure according to Andreas Moritz as a replacement for apple juice, malic acid is also a very interesting food additive. Malic acid is one of the main acids of fruit. It is found more particularly in apples.
It is closely linked to vitamin C, which is naturally found in a wide variety of foods. Malic acid can be highly acidic; malic acid has long been used as a flavor for sweets with a pungent and acidic flavor.
When taken to supplement a healthy diet, it helps the body release energy from food more efficiently under certain conditions where the cells lack oxygen. Tips for use
It replaces apple juice at a rate of 1/2 to 1 spoonful of convex coffee per day, dissolved in 1 litre of water. To be drunk in small quantities throughout the day
An irritant to the eyes, to adhere to the recommended daily dose, to keep out of the reach of children, should not be substituted for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
