Coffee enemas are widely used in naturopathic treatments these days. It is very effective in relieving pain; it helps stimulate the liver by releasing bile when the coffee is transported by the portal vein and by the hemorrhoidal veins; it encourages deep cleansing of the colon by stimulating peristaltic activity. It is part of the Gerson Therapy Regime and the Kelly Cancer Program.

Coffee enema is recommended after lymphatic massage to release lymph that has been drained into the colon, but avoid enema before sleeping as it is also a stimulant. Full instructions on how to prepare the coffee are included with the product. 1 kilo of coffee allows the preparation of approximately thirty enemas.

If constipation occurs, drink plenty of water during the day, do coffee enemas or colon hydrotherapy. Each cleanse must be followed by taking probiotics (beneficial bacteria).
