Properties and benefits of Mico Five extract synergy

Mico Five is a highly concentrated food supplement. This supplement contains only pure and organic extracts of the sporophores of 5 mushrooms: Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Maitake (Grifola frondosa), Sun mushroom (Agaricus blazei) and Chaga (Inonotus obliquus).

The content of Mico Five has a high content of nutrients such as alpha, beta glucans and other bioactive substances of interest. Contains natural vitamin C which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Betaglucans are a type of molecule found in mushrooms. They are structures which, due to their large size, cannot easily pass through the intestinal walls to become incorporated into the blood flow. Taking mushrooms with vitamin C helps to obtain a more viscous (soluble) structure, facilitating their absorption and intestinal assimilation.
