Caffeine and palmitic acid

All coffee beans contain caffeine. The roasting process dictates the level of caffeine.

Raw coffee beans are green. As we roam the grains, they change color, starting with a slightly golden tint, and then moving to a medium brown, ending in an almost black dark color. The clearer the colour of the roasted bean, the stronger the caffeine present.

This coffee is moderately roasted.
