What is fermentation?

The art of fermentation was used by the inhabitants of Babylon as early as 5,000 BC to preserve and store food. The best known fermented food is sauerkraut. Fermentation describes the conversion of organic substances by bacteria, fungi or cell cultures. Food is fermented by adding natural microorganisms such as yeasts or bacteria to fruits, nuts and vegetables. The food is then stored hermetically. Step one

Step 2

The first partial filtration follows after about three weeks. The filtrate is returned to fermentation with the addition of other lactic acid bacteria. Other fermentation steps follow this principle. In this way, an ever more refined decomposition of the content is obtained.

Step 3

All the fermentation fractions are combined, again subjected to a global fermentation process and filtered. The ingredients are now in a single distribution. Thanks to the special manufacturing process, the use of preservatives, chemical additives, sugar and alcohol can be eliminated.

A single enzymatic distribution with essential amino acids, di-, tri- and oligopeptides, polyphenols, flavonoids, vitamins, minerals, peptidoglycans and dextrorotatory root acid is found in the replanted gasolines fermented in cascade.
