This “Profile 1” hair mineral analysis kit contains a laboratory form (with your personal contact details), detailed instructions on how to collect the hair sample, a cardboard scale for weighing the hair sample , a collection envelope a mailing envelope to send the finished sample and laboratory form to Trace Element Laboratories in the United States.
